Just two days after he was sentenced to life without parole, convicted cop killer Davon Lymon appeared back in court where more time was added to his sentence.
During Thursday’s hearing, prosecutors used obscure case law to argue Lymon should get four more years of habitual time. However, the defense said only three additional years was needed, and Judge Neil Candelaria agreed.
Lymon is already serving 38 years in federal prison for a gun charge. After that, he’ll begin serving his life sentence plus 11 and a half years.
