Man sentenced for murdering Taos business owner

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The man who murdered a well-known Taos business owner has been sentenced to 21 years in prison. Gregg Steele killed World Cup Cafe Owner Patrick Larkin in 2019.

The shooting stemmed from a dispute over Larkin’s goats and Steele’s dogs. Larkin’s body was found two days after friends reported him missing.
