Man accused of shooting at ex-wife's husband in Target parking lot

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - Police have arrested a man after a frightening scene outside of an Albuquerque Target.

Officers responded to the store on Paseo del Norte and I-25 just before 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

According to a criminal complaint, 54-year-old Robert Clark met his ex-wife at the Target to drop off his 12-year-old daughter.

The two got into a verbal altercation and Clark admitted to firing shots.

Police say the ex-wife's current husband was hit and taken to a hospital.

His condition is unknown at this time.

Clark was arrested and now faces charges including child abuse and aggravated assault.
