A new lawsuit accuses two New Mexico Boy Scout leaders of sexual abuse.
A 44-year-old man says two Catholic priests who served as Scout leaders abused him in the early 1980s.
He claimed it happened during hiking and camping trips, including at Cochiti Lake.
He says the Boy Scouts of America was negligent, because he says the organization knew or had reason to know about the abuse.
The director of the Boy Scouts branch in New Mexico did not return a request for comment.
