An Albuquerque dad arrested after the death of his 11-month-old daughter will not stay locked up until trial.
The girl died at a motel near San Mateo and I-40. Police say Moses Johnson admitted to leaving her unattended in the bathroom with the shower on, saying he later found her unresponsive.
Thursday, prosecutors argued he’s a danger to the community. Judge Nan Nash denied their motion, releasing him with pretrial services.
