A grand jury has indicted a Dona Ana County couple with 38 counts for a fire that killed an 8-year-old girl and seriously injured four others.

Jocelyn Ontiveros and Carlos Olguin are accused of setting a car on fire that then spread to a mobile home in Sunland Park on Dec. 13.

Investigators say it stemmed from a fight Ontiveros had with her ex-boyfriend and the woman he shared a child with.

Marisa Munoz was killed, a 10-month-old, 11-year-old, 12-year-old and 14-year-old were critically injured along with four adults.

Police say the suspects did drugs together.
