A concerned citizen helped save a woman who was reportedly being threatened by her husband.
Albuquerque Police say early Friday morning the woman was awoken multiple times by Cheo Terrell, who was accusing her of being unfaithful and had a gun.
She was barely able to run out of their home in a robe after Terrell allegedly took her car keys and cell phone.
A concerned citizen saw her running and offered her a ride to the nearest police station.
Terrell surrendered to officers and appeared in court this past weekend.
He seemed upset to learn the state has filed a motion to keep him behind bars until trial.
