The case against the parents accused of killing their 1-year-old daughter is on hold.
In January, detectives found the body of Anastazia Zuber buried in the yard at a home near Eubank and Menaul.
Police arrested her parents, David Zuber and Monique Romero after Zuber told his mom that the girl had drowned in the bathtub.
Judge Charles Brown denied a motion to keep Zuber and Romero behind bars until trial and they were released.
Now, charges against them have been dropped until prosecutors get the results of the report by the medical investigator. Then those charges can be refiled.
