A New Mexico woman has been arrested for threatening her roommate with a piece of farming equipment.

Angelina Serna, 22, is accused of arming herself with a sickle, entering a roommate’s bedroom and rushing her with the weapon.

This all happened in Las Cruces.

Police say Serna then pushed the roommate onto her bed and threatened her.

The roommate’s boyfriend intervened.

She is charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
