Arrest made in Tularosa homicide

TULAROSA, N.M. (KRQE) - State Police say they've arrested the man accused of gunning down a man inside a dilapidated building in Tularosa.

State police say 24-year-old Charles Baca is accused of shooting 37-year-old Ernest Sida on October 7.

Police say the two got into a confrontation over language Baca was using in front of Sida's kids.

They say the argument sparked up that night.

Baca left the room, returned with a gun and shot Sida.
