A suspected drunk driver found himself dodging bullets Wednesday night.

It happened at Comanche between San Mateo and Carlisle.

Police say the driver, now identified as Nathaniel Jack, had run into several cars. One of the other drivers then followed him.

They got into an argument and that other driver then started shooting at him. The bullets hit his vehicle, but he was not hurt.

Police say Jack refused to take a field sobriety test, so he’s charged with aggravated DWI and careless driving.

Police haven’t said if the other driver who fired shots will face charges.
