Another person has been charged with murder in the deadly shooting of an Espanola teen.

Eighteen-year-old Cameron Martinez was shot and killed earlier this month in what police called a case of mistaken identity

Police say Mark Hice and a group of friends were out looking for another group of people who were threatening Hice when they opened-fire on Cameron and his friends.

Six people were arrested in connection to the crime, but only Hice, Anton Martinez and Axel Zammaron were initially charged with the murder itself.

Hice’s girlfriend Brittany Garcia was originally charged with conspiracy, but now a grand jury has indicted her on first-degree murder charges as well.

Police say she knew of the plan to shoot people.

Garcia, Hice and Anton Martinez are all set to appear in court next month.
