Albuquerque man found guilty of murder during alleged crime spree

An Albuquerque man was found guilty of first-degree murder for killing a man during a 12-day crime spree. 

Yoan Santiesteban shot and killed Matthew Severinghaus during a robbery near Tramway and Montgomery. 

Santiesteban is also accused of killing Samir Al-Boudy during a robbery at the Days Inn on Menaul. In addition, he’s accused of killing Celina Arrellanes, who was caught in the crossfire of a drug deal gone bad. 

A sentencing date has not been set.
