The developers of a new shopping and dining area in the Sawmill Neighborhood are getting some help from the county.
The county commission approved $10 million in industrial revenue bonds, which will provide money for land, design costs and construction.
The project will transform an old lumber warehouse into a hub for food, art and shopping.
Heritage Hotels is behind the multi-million dollar project.
The same company owns nearby Hotel Chaco, and other luxury hotels across the state.
