CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – A Clovis man accused of killing his mom’s husband has pleaded not guilty to murder charges.

The incident happened last month at a home on the 2800 block of South Tennessee. When police got there, they found 61-year-old Jimmy Stotts unresponsive.

If convicted, Goodman faces up to 15 years behind bars.
