Clovis man arrested for 10th DWI to remain behind bars

CLOVIS, N.M. (KRQE) – The Clovis man arrested late last month for his 10th DWI charge will stay behind bars.

Randall Pruitt was pulled over on New Year’s Eve after a woman reported he crashed into her car. Police later found him at his home nearby where his blood was drawn and he was arrested for DWI.

In court Thursday, prosecutors asked a judge to keep Pruitt behind bars until his trial saying he’s a danger to society.

Judge Drew Tatum granted that motion.
