The Albuquerque community came together Saturday to help shape the city’s future.
Dozens of people gathered at Saint Pius High School for the One Albuquerque Goals Summit.
The city wanted the public’s input on various issues including public safety, the economy and protecting the environment.
“What we’d really like to do is get citizens started thinking about changes compared to two or four years ago. What do we need to change in terms of goals we’re setting, what goals we’re setting,” said Deputy Director of Finance Department Olivia Padilla-Jackson.
A report will be published once the city is finished with its three other summits across Albuquerque.
