A Broadway style show is putting the culture of New Mexico on proud display this holiday season.
Jerry Dean is hosting “Christmas in New Mexico: The Musical, The Concert, The Dance” at Sandia Casino on Dec. 23.
The show will feature Bernalillo County Commissioner and performer Steven Michael Quezada, along with KRQE News 13’s own David Romero.
“This is exciting news to see the culture of New Mexico continue to be alive and well…I’m really excited to see the show. I think it’s gonna be fabulous and we want to encourage families from across New Mexico to come down and watch this production,” City Councilor Ken Sanchez says.
City officials are hopeful “Christmas in New Mexico” will become Albuquerque’s next big holiday tradition.
