CEO, founder of Joy Junction has died

Wednesday, Joy Junction announced the passing of its founder and CEO, Dr. Jeremy Reynalds. 

The nonprofit says the 60-year-old died after fighting a long-term illness. 

Dr. Reynalds founded Joy Junction in 1986, focusing on sheltering and servicing homeless families throughout the city. 

In addition to his work at Joy Junction, the husband and father of five found his highest calling as a pastor and leader of bible studies.
