ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) –  Deputies arrested a camper on Thursday at the latest tent city location.

The fight broke out over the use of a shovel.

It happened Thursday morning near the Four Hills area where the homeless have set up camp.

Deputies say Raymond Durham became upset when he was told to be more respectful over the use of the shovel. That’s when the victims say Durham punched, bit and choked them.

Durham was arrested and charged with aggravated battery.

This is the fifth Tent City to pop up in Albuquerque after the homeless campers were kicked out of other locations.
