ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque restaurant shut down twice for violating the public health order has now been cited. Backstreet Grill was shut down by the state Friday after employees were spotted without masks.

The same restaurant was shut down late last year for similar reasons. Court records show they have been hit with a new citation for violating the health order. That fine can be as high as $5,000.
