‘Brawny’ recognizes NMSU grad as part of Women’s History Month initiative

LAS CRUCES, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico State University alumni is one of the new “Brawny women.”

The brand “Brawny” is replacing its iconic “Brawny man” with a woman for Women’s History Month. One of the women featured as part of the campaign is Patty Lopez.

According to the Las Cruces Sun-News, Lopez earned a bachelor of science degree from NMSU in 1980. Lopez is now an engineer at Intel in Fort Collins.
