Bernalillo County is celebrating the improvements at the South Valley pool Friday.
County officials introduced a new bathhouse, parking lot and landscaping along with an improved splash pad.
Officials thanked the legislature and community for their help. The county says the South Valley splash pad is now the largest in the state.
