The man accused of stabbing a car salesman with a dirty, loaded drug needle was expected in court Monday.
Shammon Cordova allegedly attacked the salesman when he tried to kick him out of his car lot on Wyoming near Copper.
Cordova got a break last month when Judge Stan Whitaker released him with drug treatment and GPS monitoring.
Eight days after that release, Cordova was busted for allegedly ditching his ankle monitor.
Now, the State is asking that he be placed behind bars since he violated his conditions of release.
A hearing to discuss it was scheduled for Monday, but Cordova never showed up.
A judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
