I-40 is back open after a deadly crash near the Rio Grande.
Details are limited, but police say a man was driving along the interstate when he crashed into the side barrier. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
A car seat was found on the interstate, another inside the car. That prompted a massive search in the river below.
The search was ended after police learned the kids were with their mother at the time of the crash.
