Antoine Hood still looking to make his dream a reality

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) Antoine Hood is stationed here in Albuquerque New Mexico at Kirtland Air Force Base. His story of how he has gotten to where he is now is amazing.

But on Tuesday, Hood is still striving to fulfill his dream of playing in the NBA. He now trains at Bioletix here in Albuquerque, and after talking with Under Armour received a sponsor ship through the company.

“I think the summer league is a good point, some free agent camps, tryouts, or whatever is around the corner and turn that into a deal going into deal going into the training camp in October,” said Hood.

He now receives gear from the company and he believes that Under Armour took a liking to him and his story because like the company itself, Hood is an underdog story. He hopes his dream will soon come true, but he is also happy that his documentary will soon be premiered this summer.

“So it will be premiered at Sundance, the film festival, as well as south by southwest in Austin,” said Hood. “So, I am excited about that too I mean if it can touch anybody just one person even I will be thankful.”
