ESPANOLA, N.M. (KRQE) – Another bear cub is headed to the Wildlife Rehab Center in Espanola after its mother was hit by a car.
It happened Friday in Tijeras along Highway 337 near the Ten Points General Store.
Game and Fish says the bear had one cub, which officers had to dart.
It was taken to Dr. Kathleen Ramsay, who is busy taking care of at least 10 cubs now.
