American Airlines has revised its guidelines for comfort animals.

Passengers who want to fly with an emotional support animal will have to fill out paperwork 48 hours before their flight.

They will also have to provide a letter from a mental health professional.

However, some animals like insects, goats, hedgehogs, ferrets and reptiles are now off limits no matter what.
