Albuquerque police: Woman who broke officer’s finger released from jail

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department says a woman who broke an officer’s finger was released without bond. Police arrested 21-year-old Alexis Mansell Sunday night. Police were investigating a domestic dispute and say Mansell tried to leave during her interview. Officers say when they tried to stop her, Mansell started swinging. They say she hit an officer in the face, and broke another officer’s finger. Mansell was released the same night she was arrested.
