State holds meeting to address missing and murdered Native American women

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE)- New Mexico officials are scheduled to meet in order to address missing and murdered Native American women.

The governor’s office, as well as the state’s Indian Affairs Department, will host Friday’s meeting. This will be the first meeting for the Indigenous Women Task Force.

The meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Board Room at CNM’s main campus at noon.
