Power restored following outage in NW Albuquerque

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Public Service Company of New Mexico reported via Twitter a power outage happened Monday afternoon in northwest Albuquerque. The initial outage affected 3,282 customers.

By Monday evening around 8 p.m., power had been restored to 1,557 customers and the cause of the outage was being investigated. As of Tuesday morning, PNM reports that as of 5:50 a.m. all customers have had their power fully restored as crews worked throughout the night.

It is unclear what caused the initial outage.
