Shelter-in-place lifted for Carlos Rey Elementary School

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque Public Schools has lifted the shelter-in-place for Carlos Rey Elementary School after a police investigation Wednesday afternoon.

APS made the announcement just after 12 p.m. via Twitter. The order was lifted about an hour later.
