ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Even though it’s not winter yet, applications for Albuquerque’s Annual Twinkle Light Parade are now open.
This year the event is set for December 2 in Nob Hill. The city said around 4,000 people in 260 vehicles participate each year.
