ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – In observance of Veterans Day, the Department of Senior Affairs hosted the 11th annual Veterans Memorial Garden celebration on Wednesday. The event was created in collaboration with the El Camino Real Garden Club to honor local veterans and their families for their service.
The celebration included a presentation of colors by the American Legion honor guard followed by comments from Senior Affairs staff and community members.
