Albuquerque bus service extended on weekends, aiming to bring more people to route 66

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The city of Albuquerque is hoping to extend bus service to convince people to visit central on the weekends.

ABQ Ride’s 66 late night service starts June 7th.

Service on Route 66, otherwise known as Central Ave. will be extended by one hour on Friday and Saturday nights.

The service runs through September with the latest pickups at 1 a.m.
