ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It’s a big day for a local tourism company — they’re launching a new way to sight-see.ABQ Trolley Company is introducing it’s brand new tour called NM Xcursions. The tour will be given on their new ABQ Trolley X.Owners, Jesse Herron and Mike Silva, joined KRQE’s This Morning team to show off the new ride. Watch above.NM Xcursion are full and half day tours. There will be three excursions. The first, “Kicks on Route 66,” is a fully immersive Route 66 experience with complete history, museums, private demonstrations, shopping time and a ride on the musical highway. The second is the”TramSporter.” This excursion will take riders from Old Town to the Sandia Peak tram. The third excursion is called, “Not Your Father’s Santa Fe” and this will take riders to Santa Fe, displaying a more modern, hip side to the city than most people are use to.
