ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) –  A trio has been charged with breaking into an abandoned fraternity house at the University of New Mexico.

A criminal complaint revealed that the suspect wouldn’t come out until the canine units were called.

It also said they’d been drinking and showed up to spray paint the walls inside.

Authorities say the suspects were Michael Meyers, 23, Benjamin Gilster, 18, and Antonio Herrera, 18. There was a fourth suspect that was a minor who was drinking as well.

They were released on their own recognizance.
