The feds are giving two New Mexico airports millions in grants.
The FAA awarded the Double Eagle Airport in Albuquerque $2.6 million. It will be used to reconstruct taxiways at the airport.
Meanwhile, the FAA is giving the Clovis Municipal Airport $4.3 million. That money will go towards reconstructing an aircraft parking apron and fixing a runway.
The grants are part of a $3 billion project across the nation.
