Study finds most vitamins ineffective

A new study from the University of Toronto tracked the health of people taking popular supplements like vitamins A through E, multivitamins and beta-carotene.

They found, for the most part, the vitamins had no effect on people’s risk for heart disease, heart attack and stroke.

The exceptions were B-vitamins Folic Acid which did show positive results.
