There's a list of 107 dangerous dogs in Albuquerque and any owner and pet who make that list are required by city statute to work with Animal Welfare. At least three of these dog owners are not complying are facing charges for it.

The Governor's decision to withdraw National Guard troops from New Mexico's southern border last week is now getting calls for her impeachment. A Ruidoso man has started a petition asking state lawmakers to begin the process to remove her from office.

The Central New Mexico Community College Westside campus has some new visitors, Great Horned Owls. The school can't move them because the birds are a protected species, according to the federal Migratory Bird Treaty Act.

Legal assistants on a case made the trip from Texas to Albuquerque to hold up a large sign for Sunday parishioners. A federal civil court judge ordered Bishop James L'Keith Jones of the Church of God in Christ to pay Kimberly Pollard $750,000 for allegedly sexually assaulting her when she was 16.

This combination of undated sketches provided by the FBI shows drawings made by admitted serial killer Samuel Little, based on his memories of some of his victims. The bureau updated on Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019, information it had posted in November on its website. The update included the recent drawings made by Little. The city's DWI seizure program has been defunct for nearly a year, but there are still hundreds of cars in the city's possession and they may have a tough time getting rid of some. KRQE News 13 has learned the city still has nearly 400 cars in its DWI seizure lot. Some of the owners of those vehicles have been difficult to reach so far, while others simply aren’t interested in taking back their old car.
