New Mexico Shamrock Fest at Balloon Museum

This Saturday, there will be plenty to keep the family busy at the Balloon Museum, that’s where the 4th annual New Mexico Shamrock Fest will take place.

The All Fun, No Run Zero K Race is the shortest possible race, the start line is the finish line!

“Runners” will be rewarded with green beer when they complete the race if they are 21 years of age or older. 
The All Fun, No Run Zero K Race will be led by Travelin’ Jack, the official Ambassadog of the Balloon Museum! Entry to the race is $15 for those who buy tickets online before March 17, and goes up to $20 the day of at the event. Tickets to the Zero K include a T-shirt and entry to ShamRock Fest as well.

The money from the Zero K Race goes toward the Balloon Museum’s children’s education programs.
After the race is over, there is plenty to do at ShamRock Fest, which features Celtic music, dance, food, and drinks. The event is also family-friendly, and kids can enjoy crafts, face painting, and a climbing wall.
