Executive Chex Marc Quinones appeared on New Mexico Living cooking up a tasty dish.

He spoke about the fine dining experience and what is offered at Mas Tapas Y Vino.

Ingredients: Paella Calaparra, Rice, Mussels, Shrimp, Chicken, Peas, Tomato Sauce, Garlic Pimenton Seafood stock .

Recipe: Saute proteins in garlic, add rice and seafood stock. Finish with Pimenton and butter.
