ABQ students participate in Dragon Fest

Dragon Lights ABQ brings a unique cultural experience to Albuquerque, inspiring generations both young and old.  As part of their residency in the city, event organizers put out a call for local K-12 students to submit two-dimensional designs for lanterns celebrating the Chinese Year of the Dog.

Three winning students had their designs fully realized into lanterns as part of the festival, produced by the same artists that created the beautiful lights on display at Expo NM.

Dragon Lights ABQ runs now through December 2nd.
