Chef Brian Stumpf from Red Sage in the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino, joined New Mexico Living to make prawns with chipotle.
This dish is going to be featured on their upcoming Fall menu and they are also competing in a green chile cheeseburger competition in the near future. The dish has a unique southwestern flair.
