Chef Matt Schnooberger of Freight House Kitchen & Tap is back in the kitchen to make his flavorful ‘Locomotive’ cheeseburger.
This cheeseburger features smoked pork butt along mixed with beef, red chile kimchi (prepared in-house at Freight House), cheese dairy curds, melted to give the patty a crunchy texture, topped with a green chile aioli.
