ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque Police Department arrested a man for intentionally running over and killing his brother. Police say Decio Lee, 24, ran over and killed Donovan Lee Thursday night near Southern and Eubank.
Police say Decio told them, he met his brother around 3 p.m. and were drinking together before getting into an argument. He told them he left in his gray Honda and his brother followed him in a Dodge Ram. He also told police he did not remember anything about his brothers death.
APD say witnesses and video show the two brothers get out of their vehicles and appear to get into a fight. They say Decio got into the truck and witnesses said he ran over Donovan and dragged him down the road, killing him.
Decio is being booking into the Metropolitan Detention Center on an open count of murder.
