We often hear about successful African Americans creating and running business enterprises. A small community in Tulsa, Oklahoma had many successful Black entrepreneurs with thriving businesses until violence broke out. As we observe the 100th anniversary of the Tulsa Race Massacre, we learn more about what happened to Black Wall Street.
