The Department of Transportation is moving forward with plan to create a statewide bicycle network.
NMDOT has released the first draft of the prioritized plan on the project website.
The plan ranks each roadway based on the benefits and desirability of the bicycle infrastructure, as well as the design techniques.
NMDOT is hosting three public meetings to share the draft and receive more public input.
