Honey Bears Cafe Statement

Always On

In response to the terribly misunderstood employment post Honey Bears Cafe has this to say we are a family owned and operated business and in NO WAY trying to discriminate against anyone for any reason. We were simply trying to help by attempting to hire the most discriminated against groups something dear to our hearts. We wanted women, gays and felons to know they are welcome and encouraged to apply, that we are hiring and willing to pay a fair wage. Our intentions are the total opposite of what people are saying. Anyone who has ever worked a busy food line knows the intense pressure emotionally and mentally that puts on a person. The East mountains wants and deserves the best possible food and service. In an attempt to provide that we need the most capable people for the job. We are willing to hire anyone qualified regardless of age, sex, religion etc we are an all inclusive restaurant and horrified people would assume we were discriminating in anyway that is not indicative of the company we are.
