Bernalillo County Deputies are arming kids with knowledge about dangerous gangs in the metro.
The Gang Resistance Education And Training or “G.R.E.A.T.” program targets 5th and 6th graders in Bernalillo County. Deputies are sent to schools for 6 and 12-week sessions to teach kid how to be aware of their surroundings and stay safe.
